Disclaimer
Please read this disclaimer in full before using the EA software and related services offered on this website, paying particular attention to the clauses that exclude or limit liability. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not purchase, download or use the product.
1. Nature and scope of the product
- Tool only: the EA software sold on this website is an automated order-execution tool based on technical indicators (trend / range). All trading parameters (including but not limited to symbol, entry conditions, stop-loss, take-profit and position sizing) are set by the user. The software only monitors the market and executes pre-set instructions and does not constitute investment advice or a basis for any decision.
- Not investment advisory: neither this website nor the EA software provides investment advisory, stock-picking, market-timing or return-forecasting services. Users make their own decisions and bear all profit and loss arising from their trading.
- No return promise: financial markets are highly uncertain and programmatic trading cannot remove market risk. We do not promise or guarantee any investment return, and we do not agree to share any investment loss. Historical backtests or demo results do not represent future performance.
2. User responsibilities
- Compliance: users must ensure that their trading complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. Users bear the legal consequences of using offshore trading platforms or participating in unlawful cross-border financial activity; we accept no joint liability.
- Operational risk: users should read the documentation and understand the software's logic and inherent risks. Losses caused by improper operation (wrong parameters, misunderstanding of the strategy, running on an incompatible MT5 account mode, etc.) are the user's own.
- Neutral on brokers: we do not recommend, bind to, or guarantee any particular broker. Users choose their own regulated platform; losses caused by using unregulated or fraudulent platforms are not our responsibility.
3. Technical risks and exclusions
- Limitations: although we have taken care to make the software complete and functional, we do not guarantee that it will achieve the expected outcome in every market environment. Execution deviations, slippage or unfilled orders caused by extreme conditions (liquidity gaps, price gaps, trading halts, etc.) are not our responsibility.
- Force majeure and technical failure: we are not liable for service interruption, data loss or trading loss caused by:
- force majeure such as natural disaster, war, governmental action or regulatory change;
- network congestion, power failure, communication or server outages;
- hacking, viruses or malicious third-party programs;
- failures of the MT5 platform itself or changes to MetaQuotes services.
- Compatibility: the software may behave differently depending on your operating system, MT5 terminal build or broker server configuration. Test thoroughly before trading live; losses caused by compatibility issues are the user's own.
4. Limitation of liability
- Cap on liability: in all circumstances our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the EA software.
- Exclusion of indirect loss: we are not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to lost profits, lost trading opportunities, lost data or damage to goodwill.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the source code, compiled file (.ex5), algorithm logic and documentation belong to us. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence only and must not decompile, crack, resell or distribute the software. The marks 多即是空 / DUO JI SHI KONG are likewise protected.
6. Updates to this disclaimer
We may modify this disclaimer at any time; the revised version will be published on this website. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
