Risk Disclosure
Dear user: before purchasing or using our automated trading software, please read this Risk Disclosure carefully. Algorithmic trading improves execution efficiency, but it does not mean the risk is low, or that there is none. Please understand the risks below and decide prudently.
1. Market risk
2. Technical risk
3. Compliance & legal risk
4. Operational risk
5. Important statements

1. Market risk
- Price volatility: the price of metals (gold / silver), indices (e.g. NAS100, Hang Seng Index), the US dollar index and crude oil is driven by global economic, political and monetary factors, fluctuates sharply and cannot be predicted. The EA cannot foresee black-swan events (war, financial crisis, sudden central-bank decisions, etc.) and extreme conditions may cause substantial losses.
- Strategy decay: the EA is designed from historical data and technical indicators, but market structure changes (regulatory adjustments, trading-rule changes, shifts in liquidity). A strategy that worked in the past may stop working in the future.
- No capital guarantee: we have never promised and will never promise that capital is preserved or that profit is assured. Any promotion claiming "guaranteed profit", "high win rate" or "precise prediction" has nothing to do with us — beware of third-party misrepresentation.
2. Technical risk
- Execution risk: network latency, server failure, rejected orders or excessive slippage may cause the executed price to differ from the expected price; in extreme cases an order may not be filled at all, or filled far from the intended level.
- Software failure: the EA may behave abnormally because of an MT5 version upgrade, operating-system compatibility or conflicting parameters. Test thoroughly on demo before going live, and keep monitoring while it runs.
- VPS dependency: the EA must run continuously on an MT5 terminal. Without a VPS (virtual private server) — or if the VPS fails — the software stops running, which may leave open positions unmanaged.
- Licence-verification dependency: the paid edition needs a periodic online licence check. A long network outage may put it into a "close-only" state; if your network environment is restricted, please confirm with support in advance.
3. Compliance and legal risk
- Cross-border trading compliance: your country or region may prohibit or restrict individual participation in offshore margin trading, contracts for difference (CFD) or futures. If you connect the EA to an unapproved offshore platform you may breach local law, and you bear the legal consequences yourself.
- Platform-selection risk: MT5 brokers worldwide vary greatly in quality; some run against their clients, manipulate slippage or make withdrawals difficult. Verify a broker's credentials yourself and choose one regulated by an authoritative body.
- Algorithmic-trading regulation: in some markets algorithmic trading requires prior reporting, and high-frequency or abnormal trading may trigger surveillance. Failure to report, or triggering abnormal-trading monitoring, may lead to trading restrictions or administrative penalties.
4. Operational risk
- Your parameters, your responsibility: every core parameter of the EA is set by the user. Poor settings (no stop-loss, excessive leverage, running full size during extreme volatility) can lose money quickly.
- Over-reliance: the EA is an aid, not a substitute for your own judgement. Check its status regularly, assess whether the strategy still fits the market, and pause when conditions change materially.
- Multi-instance interference: attaching several charts of the same symbol, or running several instances of the EA, may cause interference. Keep a single-chart configuration as described in the documentation.
5. Important statements
- This Risk Disclosure does not constitute investment advice and is not a guarantee of the software's performance.
- By purchasing and using the EA you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted all of the risks above.
- If any clause is unclear, contact support before purchasing, or seek professional legal or financial advice.
